My Weight sept 7 2007 at WW 151.6
i stayed the same but i am xcited b cause if i have a plateau like the last time, i will suddenly drop when i break thorough the plateau. The last plateau was 5 lbs ago, so perhaps i will be 146 in a few weeks!!! But I am really in no hurry. I love my new trimmer shape and i am close enough to goal that i am already living the maintenance lifestyle. I learned today at WW that you can budget your pnts and treat yourself, just not as often as you did when you were gaining weight. You have to learn it is ok to say no, and if you say no to junk food most of the time. then you can ocasionally treat yourself and still lose. (or maintain.)

My Weight August 24, 2007 152.0 STILL A WOW
Although i am up a lb i am most definitely down in inches. My clothes are soooo loose and i feel light as a feather! Today i had to carry a sack of 50lb sugar. As i climbed up a set of steps i realized i have lost more than the amount of this sack of sugar. (I went from 205 to almost 150, 152 today). Without a doubt, that bag was extremely heavy. It helped me to visualize how far i have come. I actually do not mind that it is taking a long time to get to my goal because even if i have to count where i am now as my goal, i am at a weight that weight watchers might accept as my goal. I still want to try to get further into my range for health reasons, but I plan to continue eating healthy with minimal slips and see what happens. Whatever happens, i know i will never weigh 205 again!

My Weight August 17, 2007 151.0 WOW!!
151! 151! This is my lowest weight since 1999 but more importantly, i feel GREAT! I am soooooo glad i am doing this the healthy way! I really do not feel like i am dieting. Oh sure. There are a lot of things i no longer eat, and i feel like i should weigh even less than i do for being soooo perfect! But have to accept that i am older and quite a bit smaller so i require fewer calories. I really have accepted that and i have decided to enjoy life on the calorie budget that i have, not the one i wish i had. what i ate on WW August 11 2007
ok today i did terrible but it could have been worse! I justified it to myself that i had a lot of paperwork to do and i needed to eat to "stay motivated" to do all this planning and paperwork and stuff i have to do on the weekends on the computer for my job. But is it worth it to gain over 4 lbs in a day? (I was 152 at home, now i am 156.8 at home. I was 154 at WW yesterday, and i am worried where this will shake out.) Friday was the meeting with all the samples of food i tried so between fri and sat i have used all my flexpoints and then some. I will try to eat normally on WW the next few days but i will still use my exercise pts and perhaps some flex points even though i really do not have any but i do not want to lose control. I no longer have i blew it syndrome, so getting back on track immediately feels right and that is progress. I will never be 160, 170, 180., 190 or 205 again. If i jump up to close to 160, i really can stop myself from going over. this is my limit. Yes, it will be hard to get down under 150 and hopefully to 140. But i was close 1 weeks ago at 153 and will get closer once again. the important thing is to stay focused and realize i am not perfect and MOVE ON. I was enjoying life without sweets and today was not really how i even like to eat.

My Weight August 10, 2007 154.0
I am very proud of myself for two reasons, even though i was up a full pound. This is because of these 2 huge challenges i faced.
1) Thursday, i had my all time favorite chef (Chris Dewart) at our test kitchen for an important food sampling to hopefully sell him a lot of our foods at the absolutely fabulous restaurant he is opening. (La Scola Italian Grille, Airport Highway.) Anyway, the weight watchers success in all of this is that i truly limited myself to tasting only items i had never tasted before, or had only tasted a long time ago and needed a reminder of what the item tastes like. And even then, i kept my servings small. This was the least i had ever eaten at a kitchen demonstration even though the foods served were far and away my favorite. (I LOVE fancy foods, but i make it work on this program.)
2) Friday we had our sales meeting, which is all afternoon non stop food samplings. Here, they were rolling out new items so i had to try everything as part of my job. True, no one forces you to eat, i could have declined, but for one day a month of a points catastrophe to be able to speak confidently about our new items and sell them the other 29 days of the month is worth it for me. And i did the most careful tracking of what i ate and put a huge dent on my flex points and exercised on a friday nite which i do not always do.
Another first: I believe this is the first time i actually attended my weight watchers meeting immediately following this food frenzy. And i was wearing JEANS! so the fact that i was up one pound is really not so bad and i believe if i keep on tracking i will reach my goal!
