what i ate on WW August 11 2007

ok today i did terrible but it could have been worse! I justified it to myself that i had a lot of paperwork to do and i needed to eat to "stay motivated" to do all this planning and paperwork and stuff i have to do on the weekends on the computer for my job. But is it worth it to gain over 4 lbs in a day? (I was 152 at home, now i am 156.8 at home. I was 154 at WW yesterday, and i am worried where this will shake out.) Friday was the meeting with all the samples of food i tried so between fri and sat i have used all my flexpoints and then some. I will try to eat normally on WW the next few days but i will still use my exercise pts and perhaps some flex points even though i really do not have any but i do not want to lose control. I no longer have i blew it syndrome, so getting back on track immediately feels right and that is progress. I will never be 160, 170, 180., 190 or 205 again. If i jump up to close to 160, i really can stop myself from going over. this is my limit. Yes, it will be hard to get down under 150 and hopefully to 140. But i was close 1 weeks ago at 153 and will get closer once again. the important thing is to stay focused and realize i am not perfect and MOVE ON. I was enjoying life without sweets and today was not really how i even like to eat.
